The chemical protective suit is made from PVC material. It features a front-entry design. The suit has double-layered cuffs and trouser legs, and comes with a tightening belt at the waist. The integrated hood can accommodate a helmet and is compatible with various types of gas masks.
The placket employs a double layer of protection, with a liquid-tight zipper on the inside and nylon hook-and-loop fasteners on the outside. The entire suit is crafted using liquid-tight techniques, making it washable, flame-resistant, and antistatic. It offers good protection against acid and alkali chemicals, contagious media, and NBC (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical) aerosols.
For splash-proof liquid-tight chemical protective suits, the penetration resistance against 30% sodium hydroxide and 96% sulfuric acid is no less than Level 1; for acid and alkali chemical protective suits, the resistance to 10% sodium hydroxide liquid rejection and liquid penetration is no less than Level 3.
Heat resistance: Pre-treated at 70°C for 8 hours; cold resistance: Pre-treated at -30°C for 8 hours.
Wear resistance should be no less than Level 1, flexing damage resistance ≥505 times, puncture resistance ≥16N, tearing strength in the warp direction: ≥18N, weft direction: ≥20N, breaking strength, warp direction: ≥390N, weft direction: ≥180N, seam strength ≥120N.
The entire suit has undergone spray liquid-tight treatment: Total stain area <3x standard stain area, capable of direct decontamination.
The product can be used for field investigations, hazardous chemical transportation, fire emergency response, chemical industry, petroleum, spray painting, and other fields.
