This is a modular protective ensemble made from lead-free, flexible radiation-shielding composite material that has undergone AFPRRU impregnation for enhanced wear resistance. The ensemble consists of a radiation-shielding coverall, a radiation-shielding cape and hood, elongated arm guards, a nuclear radiation protection mask, an abdominal wear-resistant and chemical-resistant apron, and nuclear radiation protection gloves. The components are designed to connect effectively and conveniently.
Depending on the specific nuclear radiation work scenario, appropriate shielding solutions can be selected to provide gradual protection for the head and neck, thyroid, chest and abdomen, spine, genital area, arms, and hands.
The coverall can be worn under a positive-pressure protective suit (such as a Level 1 heavy-duty protective suit) or over Level 2 protective suits or ordinary workwear to shield against nuclear radiation.
The coverall features a hooded design that can be adjusted in multiple places to accommodate different body types, with a sweat-absorbing feature around the neck. It is easy to wear, extremely lightweight, and allows for unrestricted movement, including running, jumping, squatting, bending, sitting, and lying down.
Suitable for personnel involved in port inspections, police searches, public order management, firefighting and rescue, environmental safety monitoring, and other radiation emergency response and disposal scenarios.
